PEEK sheet

PEEK sheet (polyether ether ketone), extrusion type, It’s high temperature thermoplastic plastic with high glass transition temperature（ 143℃ ）and melting point（ 334℃ ）. Its load thermal deformation temperature is as high as 316℃(30% glass fiber reinforced or carbon fiber reinforced PEEK).

Excellent mechanical and chemical resistance, highly resistant to thermal degradation, excellent strength, stiffness and dimensional stability. Natural PEEK sheet is easy to process and has lightweight compared to steel, aluminum and titanium. It also has low coefficient of friction and high wear resistance without lubrication.
